Foodpanda is a well-known delivery service in Asia and a few regions of Europe that strives to offer customers a variety of foods, groceries, and other items in a rapid and easy manner. Foodpanda was introduced in Bangladesh and Romania in 2013, one year afterwards.
Foodpanda, which employs over 20,000 people, has grown to become Bangladesh's largest meal delivery service.The service was extended to the Philippines, Brunei, and the Balkans in 2014.Foodpanda purchased Eat Oye, a competing business in Pakistan, in February 2014.
Ralf Wenzel, Felix Plog, and Ben Bauer oversaw the business's global expansion. 
Rohit Chadda, a co-founder, left the company in 2015. By 2016, none of the original co-founders or managing directors were still employed.

According to reports, two million Thai users cancelled their accounts on the Foodpanda app over the course of one night.Numerous eateries announced their removal from their affiliations with the boycott, joining it.
