It is one of the most important issues for solo travelling. But look, danger can come at any time in any place. It's such a thing which is not in our hands. So, it should not be a major issue in this case. By following proper travelling guidelines, we can go on a solo travelling without any hesitation and fear such as:

2.taking a first aid box and other backups

People living around tourist spots know how to deal with tourists. Even there are many countries where English is not spoken. But we can communicate with them in other ways. So, language cannot be a barrier to solo travelling.
Rabindranath Tagore's famous song- "যদি তোর ডাক শুনে কেউ না আসে তবে একলা চলো রে।" indicates solo travelling somehow!
